Prior to establishing HPM, Giuseppe spent over 40 years honing his skills within the drilling equipment industry. He held key design positions at reputable companies, leaving his mark on some of the most popular models in the market today. This extensive knowledge base informs his leadership at HPM, ensuring our products are not only innovative but also address real-world industry needs.
As Chief Engineer, Giuseppe spearheads the development and continuous improvement of our drilling equipment portfolio. His commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to quality are instrumental in HPM’s reputation for reliable and high-performing machinery.
When Giuseppe isn’t leading the company or guiding the design team, you might find him:
- Carrying on a family tradition: He owns a small, traditional olive oil press, where he produces high-quality oil for his family and friends.

Off the clock, you might find Giuseppe cheering on his beloved AC Milan football team. He’s always up for a friendly debate with his colleagues, proudly proclaiming his team’s superiority. When Giuseppe isn’t leading the company or guiding the design team, you might find him perfecting his bocce skills. His love for the game is legendary, so much so that his four sons (clearly recognizing a future need) built a regulation-sized bocce court right next to the factory!
